  • DeAngelo Perry | Head of Training

    DeAngelo is a powerhouse in the fitness world, recognized as one of the most inspiring elite coaches in New York City. He has dedicated over a decade to transforming lives, with his trademark blend of motivation, support, and precision exercise programming. Coach De’s approach empowers his clients to achieve their best selves and will have them laughing all the way to their results. 

    A certified personal trainer (CPT) with the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF), DeAngelo specializes in weight loss, functional movement, self-defense, strength training, running fundamentals, and core & bodyweight training. His extensive expertise is complemented by his background as a former collegiate track & field athlete, where he honed his skills and competitive spirit.

    DeAngelo’s workouts and dynamic personality have cultivated a loyal following. He hosts a weekly run club and is committed to nurturing growth and empowerment in those around him. He believes in the potential within everyone, championing the idea that we all possess an inner athlete, just waiting to be unleashed and that we can each strive to be 1% better. 

  • Heather C. White | PILATES

    Heather dedicated her life to Pilates and its healing benefits after her beloved grandmother passed away following a hip break and fall. Heather’s energetic, motivating, and push-you-to-be-better style, rooted in the principles of Classical pilates, has quickly made her one of the most sought after Pilates instructors in New York City.

    She specializes in hips, posture correction, pre & post natal care, athletic training, surgery recovery, and senior mobility and balance. Heather teaches group classes, duets, and private 1:1 sessions. 

    Heather is a new voice in the Pilates world, training under one of the last living Pilates Elders, Roberta Kirschenbaum.

“I did a HIIT personal training session with Coach D this weekend and he was so fun to work with. He has super positive energy, made me feel comfortable, and got me to work really hard. After some warmup he set up a circuit to work through, and I'm still feeling a little bit sore even two days later! The gym itself is a good setup. The HIIT area is spacious and there is a backyard to cool off in. The Pilates room downstairs is decorated really nicely and lends itself to some feelings of coziness and serenity while you're working out. There are three reformers and another piece of equipment I'm not familiar with. Anyway, nice people, nice space, I recommend!”
