After some warmup he set up a circuit to work through, and I'm still feeling a little bit sore even two days later! The gym itself is a good setup. The HIIT area is spacious and there is a backyard to cool off in. The Pilates room downstairs is decorated really nicely and lends itself to some feelings of coziness and serenity while you're working out.
